Junior Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

Frances Roy Agency is seeking a part-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Niceville/Valparaiso, Florida. This position plays a vital supporting role within our Design Department, collaborating closely with the Sr. Director of Design and broader team to create thoughtful, high-quality visual assets for a diverse client portfolio.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly coachable, creatively driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. 

This is a local, in-office position.

Position Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the execution of brand-aligned creative across digital, print, and social platforms. This role requires strong foundational design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to take direction while contributing creative insight.

This individual must demonstrate professionalism, organization, and a commitment to delivering polished, on-brand work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Director of Design in developing digital graphics, social content, infographics, publications, presentations, and campaign assets

  • Execute design concepts within established brand standards and structured creative direction

  • Produce high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail, typography, composition, and consistency

  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and professionally through structured revision rounds

  • Present design concepts clearly through written and verbal communication

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Communications team to align creative with campaign strategy

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Track project progress and provide status updates as requested

  • Support asset organization and file management within agency systems

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support agency growth

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in graphic design and visual storytelling

  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand consistency

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Frances Roy Agency is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. This role will begin part-time with a clear path to full-time as demand and performance scale. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, someone who understands how paid media supports brand storytelling, business growth, and measurable results.

This position is ideal for a media buyer who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys working across multiple industries, and values collaboration with creative and strategy teams.

Role Overview

The Paid Media Manager will own the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across key platforms, with a primary focus on Meta and Google. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure paid efforts are aligned with creative, messaging, and client goals while maintaining a strong performance lens.

This is not a “boost-post” role. We are looking for someone who understands audience strategy, budget pacing, testing, and optimization, and who can explain the why behind results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Develop audience targeting strategies, budget allocation, and testing plans
  • Manage campaign pacing, optimization, and scaling
  • Execute A/B testing on creative, messaging, and audiences

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and recommend adjustments
  • Maintain best practices across platforms and stay current with updates

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with design, content, and strategy teams to guide asset needs
  • Translate performance insights into creative recommendations
  • Provide feedback on formats, hooks, messaging, and CTAs

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage pixels, conversions, and basic tracking (with support as needed)
  • Deliver clear, concise performance summaries for internal teams and clients
  • Support reporting through platform dashboards and tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Databox, etc.)

Client & Team Support

  • Participate in select client conversations related to paid performance
  • Educate internal team members on paid media best practices
  • Identify opportunities to expand paid efforts for existing clients

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search and Display)
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • Comfort interpreting performance data and making recommendations
  • Agency or multi-brand experience strongly preferred

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • LinkedIn Ads or B2B/investor-focused campaigns
  • GA4 and conversion tracking implementation
  • Looker Studio or Databox reporting
  • Programmatic or advanced audience strategies
  • Email + paid media integration experience

Role Structure & Compensation

  • Status: Part-time with a clear path to full-time
  • Estimated Hours (Part-Time): 15–25 hours per week
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
  • Growth Path: Conversion to full-time based on performance, workload, and agency growth

Social Media Internship

A part-time internship based at the Frances Roy Agency in Niceville/Valparaiso, FL, the Social Media Intern creates and delivers high-quality social media content for various clients. Serving as a collaborator to the content team, this individual must bring a creative, positive, and passionate mindset to work!

Social Media Intern Responsibilities:
• Assist the content team in the creation and organization of various forms of social media content, including Tik Toks, reels, social media graphics, and copywriting
• Be up to date on the latest viral trends and how to apply them to our clients
• Interpret and apply project feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Present social media concepts and ideas to colleagues through professional written and verbal communications
• Coordinate and track progress on multiple projects
• Perform other duties as assigned


Social Media Intern Requirements: 
• Interest and passion for social media
• Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
