Client & Team Support
- Participate in select client conversations related to paid performance
- Educate internal team members on paid media best practices
- Identify opportunities to expand paid efforts for existing clients

- Programmatic or advanced audience strategies
- Email + paid media integration experience
Role Structure & Compensation
- Status: Part-time with a clear path to full-time
- Estimated Hours (Part-Time): 15–25 hours per week
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
- Growth Path: Conversion to full-time based on performance, workload, and agency growth
