Frances Roy is looking for a talented Content Creator. Our ideal candidate is a creative content professional with a positive mindset, preferably with a writing background. You will need to be able to create quality content for a multitude of brands across all platforms. For this position, it’s essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. 

This position will be focused on content writing for blogs, social media, capturing content at events & more.  You should be up to the task of coming up with blog and social media ideas across a variety of industries.

About this position:

We are looking for an event creative to devise and run meetings, events, and conferences to inspire, excite and activate clients, guests, and our internal team. 

  • Assist with concept design, planning, logistics, and execution of on-site events, meetings, and conferences
  • Lead the coordination of vendors and on-site production teams
Skills & Requirements:
  • High energy, fun, and creative. Self-starter, inspired by ideas but team-oriented.
  • Experience with large scale live-events or other on-site activities, ranging from but not limited to: multi-day symposiums and conferences to lunch and learns and briefings, webinars, charitable events
  • Strong organizational skills, goal and deadline-oriented.
  • Strong communications skills. Able to articulate ideas easily, express self fluidly and capture others’ ideas even more easily. Good writing skills.
  • An understanding of multimedia and AV equipment
  • A strong interest in emerging and disruptive technologies preferred

About the Position:

The Executive Coordinator reports directly to the President and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) acting as the CCO’s primary coordinator. The EC assumes responsibility for filtering projects; responds to requests; and collaborates on Communications, Business Development, and Public Relations activities and initiatives. This position will be based in Niceville/Valparaiso, FL

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple calendars and activities.
  • Responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key external and internal meetings.
  • Drafts documents and conducts research
  • Organizes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.
  • Prepares briefing memos and relevant updates for CCO on outstanding projects, identifies issues, develops contingencies, and suggests remedies.
  • Assists with or manages special projects which may include PR, securing profile speaking engagements, and consultations.
  • Provides regular operating status reports to CCO as needed
  • Supports the CCO in dealing with confidential or sensitive personnel or other organizational matters.
The ideal candidate: 
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as executive assistant 
  • Excellent organizational skills; flexible and able to multitask, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present and execute innovative ideas. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Outstanding grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to high-level inquiries from clients
  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and ability to handle highly visible responsibilities.
