With the successful implementation of multiple major organizational changes on the horizon, Frances Roy is a proud MKAF member and is honored by the opportunity to serve as their agency of record. After 25 years of “Building the Foundation of Arts and Culture in Our Community”, the FRA team has much to learn from this organization.
