Cliff Notes 

With remote work already implemented by many of our team members before the pandemic, we were uniquely positioned to deal with some aspects of the recent changes in the workplace. Although we were at an advantage compared to less agile organizations, we’ve learned so much during this time including what’s necessary for us to attend in-person, how to work more efficiently, and the significance of focusing on the important things in life like spending time with our families.
