Shantelle P. Dedicke, CMP
President/Chief Creative Officer
It’s difficult for me to choose a favorite podcast episode because so many stand out in my mind. If forced to choose (a bit of drama here), Episode #1 is my favorite by far because it marked the beginning of Hello Frances and was also a personal practice in vulnerability. Moving on to general episodes, interviewing my Memaw is a treasured memory that I can never replace, and sharing her wisdom with all of you has been a light through the isolation. Actually, all of them – I love them all.
Janae Erickson, Art Director
This episode was very inspiring to me. I am also addicted to learning! I loved hearing Shantelle and Stephanie talk about how learning never stops. It was especially humorous with the live audience!
Hillaree Durso, Content Director
I really loved the episode “The Importance of Soft Skills“. It is an important discussion that I think is often overlooked in the workplace. This was also the first episode I interviewed Shantelle which was fun! I will say that I also really enjoyed “Hard Work is the Best Work” with Darren Rudloff – this episode and FRA core value is one that I strongly resonate with. Wonderful insight.
Kelsey Doar, Marketing Manager
I love our agency’s unique perspective on diversity and I think Shantelle explains it perfectly in this episode. It’s one of the many aspects of the Frances Roy culture that makes me love where I work!
Jodie Warner, Research Coordinator
It was interesting hearing everyone’s personality type and their input on how each other’s personalities work well within the office.
Gregory Dedicke, Copywriter
My favorite podcast episodes are the ones with Frances as the guest. I love hearing the stories about my great grandmother and how she views the world.
Kaya Koger, Art Assistant
I personally have never met Frances. As I listened to the podcast, I thoroughly enjoyed her voice (the perfect podcast voice) and the insight she had brought to the table. She is a very wise woman and I am happy to be working under her name!
