Small Business Saturday is a nationwide movement to support small businesses within local communities. We encourage you to support small businesses this Saturday, November 28 in honor of the movement. Small businesses are the heartbeat of local economies and our community would simply not be the same without them. Here are a few small local businesses that would greatly appreciate your support for Small Business Saturday 2020.

J.Leon Gallery + Studio

J.Leon is currently home to the work of eleven local artists that would love your support. Besides purchasing art from the gallery, you can also sign up for one of their six-week courses in wheel throwing or hand-building. The gallery & studio are open from 10-6 on Saturday, and the J.Leon team would love to see you!

Destin Commons

Although the Destin Commons is home to some big brand names, they also have plenty of small, locally-owned shops and restaurants! Small shops include jewelry stores, children's clothing, gift stores, a hair salon, and more! Continue to support small businesses in Destin Commons by treating yourself to a meal, sweet treat, a refreshing drink, or a snack while shopping.

Avantgarde Salon

Need your hair done for the Holidays? Schedule an appointment with our friends at Avantgarde Salon! The salon offers an array of Aveda haircare, skincare, body care, and makeup products that are cruelty-free. Even a small purchase makes a big impact! They have convenient locations in both Niceville and Destin and are open from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. in Destin and 8 a.m.-7 p.m. in Niceville.
