During our podcast episode introducing the Year of the Team, we asked some of our team members what the Year of the Team (YOTT) means to them. We’ve gathered everyone’s meaning of what Frances Roy Agency’s year 6 celebration means to each of us!

FRA’s Year of the Team will be a time for us to more clearly define who our team is; what we do; and why we choose to do it. When everyone around us seems to be working on change, we will work on consistency and clarity.

This year is the year we highlight our team as a whole and individually as each of us bring something unique to the table. To me, the best thing about the agency are the people who work here. We are all pioneers, strategic, creative, innovative, brilliant, and collaborative - let's celebrate it!

Year of the Team to me is about celebrating our team as well as discovering other creatives we can work with.

To me, Year of the Team means showing off each of our talents, contributions, and personalities individually and how we use our individual gifts to work together to complete the best work possible for our clients.

I think it’s a great opportunity for the team to focus on us as a whole and bettering ourselves individually and as a team. I believe we will learn more about each other which will help us work together more efficiently.

Year of the Team to me means showing each team member’s value. No matter if we work remotely or in office, we all work together to complete our projects even though it may seem that it took only one person.

To me Year of the Team means collaborating on more projects and learning from the strengths of other team members. One of my favorite things about Frances Roy is that I learn something new from all team members on a regular basis.

As a new member of the team, Year of the Team means that I will get to collaborate more with the different members of our team and get to know them better. I also hope to get to work on different kinds of projects as we continue to grow!
