FRA’s Year of the Team will be a time for us to more clearly define who our team is; what we do; and why we choose to do it. When everyone around us seems to be working on change, we will work on consistency and clarity.

Year of the Team to me means showing each team member’s value. No matter if we work remotely or in office, we all work together to complete our projects even though it may seem that it took only one person.
