Stemming from Shantelle’s grandparents Frances and Roy, the idea of “do more with less” has been instilled in our President and Chief Creative Officer since she was a child. As a result, it easily became one of the guiding principles of the agency. Our team discusses what “do more with less” means to us, how we combat burn out, how a minimalistic setting helps us with our work, the benefits of outsourcing projects that are not the best fit for our core team, how “do more with less” is practiced among multiple generations and so much more!
