Podcasts make commutes faster, workouts more bearable, and downtime down-right fun. For those immersed in the world of podcasts, one could say listening becomes an obsession. There are infinite podcasts that exist and finding your favorite takes some trial and error, but is definitely worth it. Here are some of our team's recommendations to help engulf you in the world of podcasts.

Stuff You Should Know

This podcast has been around for ages and consistently rates on top 10 charts anywhere you subscribe  to podcasts. From discussing the dark side to Fairy Tales to Harriet Tubman’s life, episodes are informative with humor thrown in from Josh’s and Chuck’s irreplaceably hilarious banter. Be sure to check out their live podcast on Public Relations, it’s hilarious and surprisingly dark.

The Daily

Powered by New York Times, this Podcast ranks #1 week after week for delivering daily news snippets of what is happening in the world.

Design Matters with Debbie Millman

This podcast goes back to the early days of podcasting and has stood the test of time. For more than  13 years this show tells stories of how creatives design “the arc of their lives.”

Good Life Project

This inspirational, yet unfiltered, podcast interviews everyday guests on their personal stories and teaches what it takes to live a meaningful, enriched life.

Raise Your Hand, Say Yes

Tiffany Han’s goal is to inspire creative women to change the way they look at their dreams. She encourages women to stop pushing aside their dreams because they’re too big, scary, or because they make people too uncomfortable. This podcast shows the adventures of creatives and inspires adventures of your own.

WorkLife with Adam Grant

Brought to you by the one and only TED, organizational psychologist Adam Grant tells the stories of the most unusual workplaces and gives tips on how to work better. He guarantees that, through this podcast, “you’ll never see your job the same way again.”

Armchair Expert

A very new podcast —perfect for catching up quickly —where Dax Shepard, anthropologist, interviews people in order to uncover the messiness of being human. He tries to uncover people’s vulnerability and insecurity, all to lead to growth and development. He interviews stars such as Ellen Degeneres, Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Scott and more.

Podcasts are the best way to pass time and provide inspiration. We hope one of our favorite podcasts becomes your new go-to and helps fuel your creative energy!
